BOYS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: (ages 8 & up)
This class is designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Many different types of equipment will be utilized such vault, speed ladder, rope climb and strength conditioning on bars. This class is great for boys playing football, soccer, baseball and more to help with overall physical fitness and strength. (Offered again in May 2017)
BOYS ONLY GYMNASTICS:
This class is designed for boys to learn gymnastics skills and elements that increase their balance, coordination and strength. They will learn to walk on their hands, use their upper body, also develop flexibility and much more! They will use the rings, bars, vault, floor, track & much more to help build their skills for gymnastics!
